My Story
Born in Korea. Raised in America. Transformed through China and Japan. Fluent in English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese both written and verbal. What began as an identity crisis became a lifelong lesson: culture shapes us, but values define us. Over 24 years working across continents, I discovered that the key to authentic leadership and human connection isn’t nationality or sharing same cultural background — it’s clarity of values.
Why I Do This
I believe that trust is built on what truly matters to us as individuals, not the categories we belong to. My mission is to help people uncover those values within themselves and between each other — so they can lead, connect, and collaborate with meaning and integrity. That is my life purpose which brings me the biggest joy!
